ACCEPTANCE & RESPONSIBILITY

  • By making a reservation and staying at the Woolshed Cabins accommodation, guests acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

  • Payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  • Woolshed Cabins accept no responsibility from all claims or causes of action you or any guests may have, including for negligence, arising from any injury, loss, or damage of any kind suffered by the guests including personal injury, illness or death and/or loss or damage to any property. This is insofar as this does not breach the provisions of the relevant Australian Consumer Law, arising either directly or indirectly out of your stay at the property.

NO PETS

  • Pets are not allowed at the Property.

  • If it is found that animals and/or pets have entered the premises, you will be liable for any additional cleaning and damage costs, this includes damage to the livestock. You will be asked to leave and no refund for any portion of your stay will be given.

  • Our No Pets policy is in place to protect the biosecurity of our agricultural business, livestock, and wildlife on our property, as well as the wellbeing and safety of your pets.

ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING:

  • We are not able to offer charging for Electric Vehicles. Please plan and prepare for your journey.

FIREPIT USE:

  • Bushfire season is between October 1st and March 31st, and restrictions may be put in place on any given day during this timeframe. Fire Danger Restrictions are based on the Local Fire Danger Rating and conditions. When restrictions are in place, guests will be informed.

  • We ask that you are careful and measured in your firepit use as you are considered the person responsible for lighting any fire.

  • Complimentary firewood and kindling etc. are provided as part of your tariff. We aim to provide sufficient for you to enjoy a fire during your stay. Additional firewood can be purchased/requested at our discretion.

SMOKING:

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation, in the yard surrounding cabins, OR on our farm property due to fire risk.

CHECK IN/OUT

  • Check-in is 2 pm and check-out is 10 am.

  • Sunday check-out is 1 pm.

  • Furnishings to be returned to the position they were in when you arrived.

  • The property should be vacated on time, all doors and windows closed, heating, and lights turned off.

  • Guests are requested to leave their cabin tidy. Washing up should be done and items returned to their places.

  • Late departure is subject to prior arrangement and availability.

ACCESS TO OUR PROPERTY:

  • Instructions on obtaining access to the Silos Accommodation will be sent directly to you via text one week prior to the day of check-in.

  • The Accommodation is accessible by 2WD vehicles.

  • The speed limit on our property is 15 km/h.

  • Please stick to the track, do not drive off the road.

  • Any gates you go through are to be closed behind you.

  • Cars are to be parked on the driveway, not on the grass.

  • Only the guests nominated in the Booking can stay at the Woolshed Cabins overnight. Only paying guests are allowed on the property and visitors are not permitted without prior consultation with Management.

CANCELLATION OR VARIATION

  • If you wish to vary or cancel your Booking, please contact us immediately at woolshedcabins@gmail.com or call 0404 474 304 and leave us a message.

  • Any money paid is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or variation within 14 days of your stay.

  • Variations of bookings will be at management’s discretion.

  • Woolshed Cabins Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.

  • We offer a full refund for cancellations if the check-in date is at least 30 days away.

  • We offer a partial refund (50%) if cancellation is made between 30 and 14 days prior to check-in date.

  • No refund can be made after 14 days prior to check-in.

  • A variation of the Booking which reduces the number of nights stay will be treated as a cancellation of the booking in respect of those nights.

  • We have a minimum nights stay policy depending on the dates. No refund will be made for a variation to the extent that it breaches our minimum nights stay policy.

  • If a variation to a booking is allowed – any further variation to the booking will not be permitted beyond the initial variation.

ADVERSE WEATHER

  • Woolshed Cabins hopes that you have the best weather possible during your stay; however, we do not accept any responsibility for any effect on your stay due to adverse weather conditions (wind, rain, storms etc).

DAMAGES

  • The cost of any damage to the property or contents of Woolshed Cabins by guests or visitors during your stay. The guest will be liable for payment to repair and/or replace.

  • Please inform us of any broken drinking/wine glasses or glass food containers, these are not subject to a replacement charge.

VISITORS, PARTIES & FUNCTIONS

  • No visitors are allowed without prior consultation and approval with management.

  • No parties are allowed on the property.

  • Breach of this condition may result in immediate termination and eviction without refund and extra charges for cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.

CHILDREN:

  • The following necessitate constant supervision of all children, especially ages 1-6. Situated in the cabin yard and on the property are unfenced dams, serving as an open water source for wildlife. It is imperative to note the absence of barriers between guests, wildlife, shearing shed and farm animals. Electric fencing is on our property. Horses and cattle are in nearby paddocks.

MOTORSPORTS:

  • Motorised vehicles (bikes, quads etc) on the property are not permitted.

  • We do not permit any kind of motorsports on the property. This includes but is not limited to Motorbikes, Dirt Bikes & ATVs. Any breach of this policy will lead to immediate eviction and complete loss of money paid, and you will be liable for any other damages to the property or expenses incurred in respect to guest disturbance.

HUNTING:

  • No hunting is permitted on the property at any time.

PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS

  • In the case of any problem or complaint you have during your stay, please let management know so they can address it as promptly as possible. When required to rectify an issue during your stay, please allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours.

  • Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to Management prior to departure from the Property.

  • Failure to follow this procedure may hinder the ability of Management to rectify the problem or complaint and reduce or extinguish any claim you may have.

  • We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since Management are not responsible for any injuries, illness, or accidents that may occur whilst staying at our property.
