“This is just to say (better late than never) how much we enjoyed our stay in your wonderfully comfortable cabin. We did need to use the new gas log fire and it worked a treat. Following your advice, we went on the Hanging Rock walk with spectacular views at the end.Thank you for providing such a delightfully peaceful and welcoming place to stay. S&R (Sydney)
“Silence… what a rare commodity. To hear the wind, the horses, buzzing of insects, stars & planets, majestic views. How amazing is that?” – S & R (UK)
“So much to do, so much to see, didn’t stop all weekend!…..if you count sitting down admiring the view, eating admiring the view, walking admiring the view and falling asleep admiring the view as doing lots! ….Thanks for the experience and the great food baskets!!! – C & D (Ireland)
“Booked for two nights – stayed for three. We appreciate the efforts made for children – books, toys, etc We loved the cosy feel of the cottage. But most of all, we loved those views out of the window and the feeling of solitude… all the things we never see in Bangkok!” – C & D and family (Thailand)
“I had a great time with Mum & Dad when we went down to the creek and made some friends (horses). I haven’t ridden a horse for 3 years and it was great to do it again down at the Centennial (Glen) Stables… Mum & Dad went on a sulky, the horse was called Spud. We had a great dinner at Vulcans. Overall it was the greatest!!! Better than any hotel! – Tanya 10 years (O’Connor, ACT)
“Thank you so much for creating such a peaceful, well-looked after, clean & clever, wheel chair and child friendly haven. We’ve all had a lovely time and will be back for sure!” – R & P (Sydney)
“Pretty amazing to stay in a place with pretty much your own private valley! Views even better than what we anticipated from looking at the website! A pretty special place to escape the rat race… and be reminded of the beauty and power of nature.” – K & Z (Sydney)
“This is getting a bit boring. Everyone saying how nice this place is. Not me…. damn the peace, the quiet, the lovely walks, the array of wildlife, the seclusion, the romantic cabins, the scenery. Why are these things so bad? Because it makes it too difficult to leave. Two nights are not enough.” – J & T (Tumbi Umbi, NSW)
